But the officer of Social Welfare Department Uttarakhand are demanding of hard copy of all submitted document. But my college’s scholarship cell officer are saying that I have no any guideline of hard copy submission. The Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand invites applications for Pre-Matric Disability Scholarship (State Sector), Uttarakhand 2019-20 from disabled students studying in class 1 to 10. The selected students will receive up to INR 1,700 every year.
